By accessing and using the Walibi Holland website and purchasing tickets or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Ticket Validity and Usage
All tickets are valid only for the date specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise indicated. Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the ticket. Photo identification may be required for entry. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets are not subject to replacement without verification of original purchase.
3. Height and Age Restrictions
Some attractions have specific height and age restrictions for safety reasons. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children meet these requirements before boarding any ride. Our staff can provide detailed information about restrictions for each attraction.
4. Health and Fitness Requirements
Guests are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness before participating in attractions. Certain medical conditions may prevent individuals from safely enjoying some rides. Pregnant women are not permitted on certain attractions. If you have health concerns, please consult with our Guest Services team.
5. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully at all times. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Disruption or harassment of other guests or staff members.
- Illegal activity or violation of local laws.
- Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Operating a ride or attraction while impaired or unable to comply with safety requirements.
- Photography or recording in prohibited areas.
Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be removed from the park without refund.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies vary by ticket type. Day passes may be rescheduled up to seven days in advance for a €5 change fee. Season passes are non-refundable but may be transferred. In the event of park closure due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered rain checks valid for the next operating day.
7. Liability and Assumption of Risk
The use of attractions and participation in park activities involves inherent risks. By purchasing a ticket, guests assume all risks associated with their visit. Walibi Holland is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Walibi Holland website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Walibi Holland shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of modified terms.
